DIY Crease Fly

The new DIY "do it yourself" Crease Flies are the answer to the ever increasing cost of flies. The new fly has all the features of our popular RDCF crease fly without the mylar overbraid. We wanted a fly that was easier to cast, less expensive to build, and yet still very effective. You may have to give up a little bit of durability to obtain these characteristics, but we believe the end result is worth it. The DIY Crease Fly has all the best aspects of the RD Crease Fly incorporated into it, without all the bells and whistles. It has the same epoxy front end and bottom and the inside is still full of foam, plus we sealed the butt of the fly closed.

Use your favorite permanent "Magic Marker" to customize the fly just the way you want it. A handful of these DIY's will cover any big game or salt water fishing situation.
